New Release

Decentering Men
(2025)

The journey to Decentering Men becomes effortless once you recognize the systems that are at play. Patriarchy isn't about individual men it's an entire framework designed to keep women in a cycle of seeking validation, prioritizing others over themselves, and shrinking their own power. Once you see the game for what it is, you stop playing. You stop internalizing rejection as a reflection of your worth. You stop bending yourself to fit into spaces that were never meant to hold your brilliance.

Decentering men  isn’t about hating men. It’s about breaking free from the conditioning. Men will be able to break free from constant pressure to live up to rigid, toxic expectations like always being strong, never showing vulnerability, or having to dominate very situation. These pressures limit men emotionally and psychologically, causing harm to their mental health and relationships. When patriarchy is dismantled men can embrace their full humanity. They'll have the freedom to express vulnerability, build heathier relationships, and more emotional depth.

“I don't know how to explain it, but reading this felt like finally taking a breath I didn't even know I was holding. I didn't know how much I was suppressing until I read this book. It really pushed me to thinking about how patriarchy has effected me. Oh and the journal prompts Sis thank you I was able to stop and process and journal  my emotions. "

Victoria James., Dallas, Tx

"I have spent my entire adult life trying to live up to a standard that was a system the entire time mind blown. This book challenged my cognitive dissonance and made me question everything. My relationships, my views and even my feelings. This book frees everyone including men. "

-Marcus T., Houston, Tx

“Laquisha your insight made me confront my own beliefs about masculinity and power. You right this book is not just for women it opened my eyes as a man to the ways that patriarchy has been shaping my mindset in ways I didn't even know. This something every man needs to read. ”
